Welcome to Micro Reset. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Micro Reset mobile application, the website located at micro-reset.net, and any related content, features, and services we make available (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Micro Reset is a wellness-focused digital product that provides short, evidence-based self-care actions intended to help users respond to everyday stress, anxiety, fatigue, overthinking, stomach stress, and similar non-emergency wellbeing states.

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Micro Reset is designed for general wellness, self-care, and informational purposes only.
The Services do not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, emergency response, or any other clinical service. Micro Reset is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed care.
You should not rely on the Services as a replacement for professional judgment or treatment. If you are experiencing severe, persistent, or worsening symptoms, or if you believe you may be in danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that any feature, content set, trigger, intervention, free offering, or Pro feature will remain available forever in its current form. We may also add new functionality, improve existing functionality, or remove functionality as the product evolves.
At this time, Micro Reset does not require account registration to use core app functionality.
You are responsible for your own device, device settings, backups, and purchase account environment, including your Apple ID or any equivalent third-party account used to obtain the app or manage purchases.
Micro Reset is designed so that core user-generated app content, such as history, custom triggers, custom interventions, preferences, and similar usage data, may be stored locally on your device.
You understand and agree that:
Certain features of the Services may be offered for free, while others may require a one-time purchase, subscription, or other in-app purchase, such as Pro access.
All purchases made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms, billing policies, refund rules, and platform procedures. Auto-renewable subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically unless cancelled by the user through Apple’s subscription management tools. Apple’s subscription framework and App Store Connect rules govern how such subscriptions are configured and managed.
Prices are displayed in the relevant storefront and may change at any time before purchase. Pricing, taxes, and currency handling may vary by country or platform.
If Micro Reset offers any subscription-based product, you authorize the applicable platform provider to charge your selected payment method according to that provider’s billing terms.
You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings or other applicable platform account tools. Deleting the app alone does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider, unless otherwise required by law. We do not control third-party refund decisions.
We may, at our discretion, offer trials, discounts, introductory pricing, or promotional access. Such offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
The Services, including the app, design, interface, branding, logos, text, graphics, compilation, selection, arrangement, software, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to Micro Reset and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted in writing.
To the extent the Services allow you to create or enter custom triggers, notes, interventions, labels, or similar materials (“User Content”), you retain any rights you may have in that User Content.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, store, or use through the Services. You represent that you have the right to create and use that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
If you send feedback, suggestions, product ideas, or improvement proposals to us, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Micro Reset may refer to public-health, self-care, or general wellness guidance from recognized organizations. Such references are provided for informational support only and do not create any medical relationship, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of outcome.
Individual results will vary. A technique that is useful for one person may not be suitable or effective for another.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system version, browser, app store region, or third-party service. Certain features may depend on your device capabilities, operating system, or storefront configuration.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
The Services may include links to third-party websites, app stores, support providers, analytics providers, or other external services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, billing systems, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR EFFECTIVE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC WELLNESS, HEALTH, EMOTIONAL, OR BEHAVIORAL OUTCOME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Micro Reset and its operators, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of Micro Reset, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory dispute rights or forum protections, those rights remain unaffected.
If you downloaded the iOS app through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

The updated Terms become effective on the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms clearly presented to you in connection with a feature, offer, or purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Micro Reset regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
